DANIELE BERTELLI
Daniele began in orthopaedic and sports rehab as a functional rehabilitation therapist with a degree in sports rehabilitation from the University of Milan.
In his early career, Daniele worked closely with professional athletes from all sorts of disciplines, including swimmers, basketball players, cyclists and surfers. In this time, Daniele also worked in the field of postural correction, using his experience and knowledge to treat conditions of the spine through specific movement.
Following this, Daniele attended S.O.M.A in Milan and graduate as a qualified Osteopath and completed multiple post-graduate certifications to support and expand his knowledge in the field of osteopathy.
In 2013 Daniele and his wife moved to Australia to expand their horizons and have an adventure.
Here Daniele saw great opportunity to expand his knowledge and progress in his career. Since then Daniele has been working as a remedial massage therapist.
With a particular interest in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions, including spinal and shoulder injuries, whiplash, TMJ and myofascial dysfunction, Daniele’s approach is thorough and individualised, using multiple techniques such as, dry needling, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, cranial therapy, myofascial release, MET and PNF stretching.
Daniele’s focus is on the client and their specific needs, with his kindness and caregivers heart Daniele’s treatment plans are always created with the individual in mind.
