REGINA HAFIZ
My first experience of hands-on healing was when I was about 6 years of age. My Fijian grandmamma had a lot of pain in her body. During my visits to her, a little tiger balm and coconut oil in hand, she would show me gentle muscle compressions and fluid lymphatic type movements along with her sore muscles. I will always remember the look of relief and satisfaction she would get after just a small amount of applied touch. As a massage therapist today, that pain relief is the most satisfying aspect of this healing art.
In 2005 I started my professional Massage journey in Lomi Lomi, a fluid Polynesian style of Massage that opens the heart and explores the energetic connections between the giver and receiver.
In 2017 I completed a Diploma In Remedial Massage.
My style is a combination of long fluid energetic movements, combined with specific deep tissue techniques and intention to rebalance those muscles out of balance. If you need it, I can incorporate Dry Needling and Cupping therapy into my treatments with you, as well as breathing, muscles stretch and strengthening exercises.
I love spending time with my teenage daughter, breathing outdoors, connecting with exploring my spiritual purpose in life.
