BRENDAN COLE
Brendan has been working as a remedial massage therapist for over 20 years. Always trying to understand people and movement on a deeper level, Brendan also has a professional background in running/sprinting, strength and conditioning, and pilates. He uses a range of soft tissue techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial dry needling (MDN), myofascial release, active release and electro-stim needling.
With a particular focus on exercise, movement, and sport, Brendan has supported Athletics Australia, Netball Australia, USA Bobsled/Skeleton, the Australian Institute of Sport, and Gymnastics Australia. As an athlete, he competed as a 400m hurdler and 400m sprinter, culminating in a Commonwealth Games gold medal and competing in the London Olympics.
Still training (but with much less speed!) Brendan occasionally competes and can be seen regularly at the local athletics track. When not bouncing around, Brendan loves to read, write, cook, and occasionally DJs on weekends.
