VINYASA FLOW

This mindful flow class aims to help you get grounded and energised through guided meditation, pranayama and asanas. Throughout the practice we will connect our breath with movement then wind down into a tension melting savasana.

Class suitable for all levels.

YIN

This slow moving practice targets the connective tissue in the body by holding yin poses for two to five minutes. As we allow the body and mind to relax and release, we create a sense of spaciousness within.

Class suitable for all levels.

POWER FLOW

This practice offers a more dynamic and challenging aspect to Asana practice, with added emphasis on breath – movement synchronisation on a more advanced level.

Class suitable for more advanced practitioners.

YOGA FUNDAMENTALS

Yoga Fundamentals offer an in-depth practice, focusing on proper postural alignment in every pose and basic pranayama (breathing). Great for beginners and a good basics refresher for the more seasoned yogi.

DISCUSSION GROUP

This discussion group is designed to offer an open discussion on many topics including Philosophy, Yoga, Meditation, Metaphysical and Spirituality. All topics will be posted on social media at the start of every week.
All welcome, donation based.

PRANAYAMA / MEDITATION

Deep and relaxing breathing practices followed by various meditation techniques.

Class suitable for everybody.
