My name is Jan and I have practised many types of yoga over some years.
I decided to do my teacher training for the benefit of acquiring more knowledge of the practice, re spiritual, philosophy, anatomy, meditation/breath.
I came to realise that yoga is just not about the flexibility of the body, but its more working towards the clarity and calm of the mind through breath and opening up your heart, from there everything else just follows, leading to a healthy energised life.
I would like to think I could help guide any person, of any age, including children towards this goal.
This mindful flow class aims to help you get grounded and energised through guided meditation, pranayama and asanas. Throughout the practice, we will connect our breath with movement then wind down into a tension-melting savasana.
